 How to make Cheesy Spinach Patty




If you have spinach and cheese do this instead or

sure your kids will love it. It is very healthy and easy to make.

Cheesy Spinach Patty/ kangkong burger Patty
Vegetables Patty

Ingredients:
Spinach or water spinach leave(kangkong)
1 pc carrot
1 pc potato
Spring onion
3 pcs egg
⅓ cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt or chicken powder(magic sarap)
½ tsp ground black pepper
Cheese
Oil for frying

Procedure:

1. Cut the spinach leaves into thin size

2. Grate the carrot and potato

3. Slice into small size  the spring onion.

4. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese.

5. Form into balls and place the cheese in the middle and form into ball again.

6. Heat the frying pan. Add oil just enough for frying one side of the patty. Once it is hot, fry the spinach ball then flatten it inside the pan by pressing it with the frying ladle.
