Biscuit Birthday cake

  Biscuit Birthday Cake This cake is almost similar to graham float or graham cake.  INGREDIENTS: Cream 2 cups milk 3 tbsp cornstarch 2 egg yolk ¼ cup sugar 25g Butter 100g chocolate Whipping cream ( nestle cream or any ) Biscuit (graham or marie or any plain biscuit) Chocolate ganache 80g chocolate ¼ cup milk Frosting 250ml whipping cream 40g instant vanilla pudding Procedure: 1. Do the cream first because it must be cood when we use it. 2. Mix all the cream ingredients in a pan except the last three in the list ( cream, chocolate and butter) 4. Put in a fire and stir continously until become thick. 5. Once done, take off from fire then add the chocolate and butter. Mix untilnwell blended. Then let it cool. 6. Add the whipping cream using electric mixer or non electric.  Refridgerate atleast 1hr or overnight. 7. Use any plastic ware circle or square and rectangular. Cover with cling wrap. Moroccan Shabbath Fish fillet

 Moroccan Shabbath Fish Fillet In this recipe I used frozen tilapia fish fillet.  You can use salmon fresh or frozen or any  fish you like. The recipe is easy to make. Here are the ingredients: 3 pcs tilapia fish fillet 100g tomato paste 3 heads garlic 1 tsp cumin powder ½ tbsp sweet paprika powder ½ tsp ground black pepper Salt or chicken powder 1 red bell pepper 1 tsp sugar 1 whole chilli ½ lemon Cilantro leaves or parsely leaves Oil Procedure: 1. Thaw the tilapia fillet. Place in a bowl add half lemon and salt. Soak or marinated for about 30mins. Then wash drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, saute the garlic until slightly brown. Add the cumin powder, paprika powder, red bell pepper, tomato paste then season with salt or chicken powder and groud black pepper and sugar. 3. Add water and let it boil. Once boiled, add the fish skin down then topped with whole green chilli. Turn the flame into medium and let it simmer until the sauce lessen and become thick. 4. Once cooked, ...
