Moroccan Shabbath Fish fillet

 Moroccan Shabbath Fish Fillet

In this recipe I used frozen tilapia fish fillet.

You can use salmon fresh or frozen or any

fish you like. The recipe is easy to make.

Here are the ingredients:

3 pcs tilapia fish fillet

100g tomato paste

3 heads garlic

1 tsp cumin powder

½ tbsp sweet paprika powder

½ tsp ground black pepper

Salt or chicken powder

1 red bell pepper

1 tsp sugar

1 whole chilli

½ lemon

Cilantro leaves or parsely leaves

Oil

Procedure:

1. Thaw the tilapia fillet. Place in a bowl add half lemon and salt. Soak or marinated for about 30mins. Then wash drain and set aside.

2. In a pan, saute the garlic until slightly brown. Add the cumin powder, paprika powder, red bell pepper, tomato paste then season with salt or chicken powder and groud black pepper and sugar.

3. Add water and let it boil. Once boiled, add the fish skin down then topped with whole green chilli. Turn the flame into medium and let it simmer until the sauce lessen and become thick.

4. Once cooked, topped with cilantro or parsely leaves.

5. Serve with bread. And enjoy!
