BANANA CAKE || BANANA MUFFIN

This banana cake or banana muffin is so easy to make. Yummy and so fluffy and soft.  Do not throw your over riped banana instead make it cake or muffins like this.

Here are the ingredients:

1½ cup flour( cake flour or apf)
2 pcs riped banana ( about ¾ cup)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
50g melted butter or ½ cup  vegetable oil
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 egg
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup milk or water

  Biscuit Birthday Cake This cake is almost similar to graham float or graham cake.  INGREDIENTS: Cream 2 cups milk 3 tbsp cornstarch 2 egg yolk ¼ cup sugar 25g Butter 100g chocolate Whipping cream ( nestle cream or any ) Biscuit (graham or marie or any plain biscuit) Chocolate ganache 80g chocolate ¼ cup milk Frosting 250ml whipping cream 40g instant vanilla pudding Procedure: 1.  How to make Cheesy Spinach Patty If you have spinach and cheese do this instead or sure your kids will love it. It is very healthy and easy to make. Cheesy Spinach Patty/ kangkong burger Patty Vegetables Patty Ingredients: Spinach or water spinach leave(kangkong) 1 pc carrot 1 pc potato Spring onion 3 pcs egg ⅓ cup bread crumbs 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp salt or chicken powder(magic sarap) ½ tsp ground black pepper Cheese Oil for frying Procedure: 1. Cut the spinach leaves into thin size 2. Grate the carrot and potato 3. Slice into small size  the spring onion. 4. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese. 5. Form into balls and place the cheese in the middle and form into ball again. 6. Heat the frying pan. Add oil just enough for frying one side of the patty. Once it is hot, fry the spinach ball then flatten it inside the pan by pressing it with the frying ladle.

Simple Donut Recipe

 How to make donut/ simple and easy recipe Ingredients: 2¾ cups flour ( plus ⅛ cup extra for dusting ) ⅓ cup sugar ½ cup vegetable oil or butter 1 cup warm water or milk 3 tsp instant dry yeast 1 tsp salt Oil for frying Sugar or powdered sugar for coating Procedure: 1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix.  2. Add the melted butter and warm milk. 3. Knead for about 8-10mins. 4. Let it rest for atleast 30mins. 5. Once it rises or already double in size, knead again. Form into balls and flattened with your palm then point your finger in the center to create a hole. If you have donut molder or cutter you can flatten the dough using rolling pin then cut with the donut cutter. No need for 2nd proofing. You can fry it after cutting. 6. Deep fry on medium flame only to reach even cooking. 7. Coat the donut with powdered sugar or granulated sugar.
