Bravo Mango Cake 

I steamed this recipe since not all of us has oven and the result was still fluffy but really it differs if you bake it.
In this recipe you will find out the secret ingredient to make the whipped cream very stable and can stand for more than 4 hours outside. And how to make the color of the mango remain its natural color even after a day. Some mangoes changed its color when peeled and exposed.

I apologized for the mistake on my written recipe in the video but as you watch it I add sugar on the whipped cream. ⅓ cup of granulated sugar. you can add more upto ½ cup as your desired taste.

Here are the ingredients:

Steamed bravo mango

Ingredients:
Cake
1 cup cake flour
4 pcs large egg
½ cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
⅛ cup milk
1 tbsp Mango juice from the fresh mango

Cream
250ml whipped cream
1 tbsp boiled water
½ tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp vanilla

Mango
1 pc riped mango
½ tsp lemon
½ tbsp sugar

Syrup
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Procedure:

for the cake:

1. Separate the egg yolk and white.
